About Liz
Liz is a Christian Life Coach specializing in Narcissistic Abuse Recovery, spiritual growth, and deliverance.
She was the owner of CHIC Nashville Weddings for 8 years but after being born-again and surrendering her life to the Lord, she grew passionate about helping others receive the healing & restoration she herself receives through Him.
Liz was trained and certified through AACC and is dedicated to helping individuals walk out their lives according to God's purpose. She is trained in Freedom Prayer, a responsible deliverance ministry, and incorporates prayer and scripture into each session with her clients.
Each meeting is unique to the individual because it is Holy Spirit-led. She is passionate about helping others pursue a relationship with Jesus Christ: He is the Wonderful Counselor & Healer. It is Liz's goal to equip you with the skills to lean into Him long after your work with her is over.
She will help strengthen your faith and resilience, and is committed to helping individuals navigate through the challenges of life, submitted to Christ. Her coaching can propel you forward spiritually, help you get unstuck from unhealthy patterns, and get you back on track with your relationship with the Lord.
It will help initiate true freedom, which can only be obtained through surrender to Him.
Coaching Approach
My coaching approach is a little different than most. While it is centered on providing a safe and supportive space for individuals to heal and grow in their walk with Christ, this can't be done without bringing Him into it.
We will begin and end each session with prayer.
I believe in a holistic approach that addresses the emotional, spiritual, and psychological aspects of my clients' lives. Through personalized coaching sessions, I aim to empower individuals to rediscover their worth and identity in Christ, and to navigate the journey towards healing and restoration.
I offer guidance, compassion, and truth, to help them overcome the impact of narcissistic abuse, betrayal trauma, and whatever else they may be experiencing. Together, we will explore effective coping strategies, set achievable goals, and work towards building a life of purpose and fulfillment.
You will feel lighter after each session, as I help you surrender your pain & burdens to Him.
I am passionate about my relationship with the Lord and rely fully on His wisdom to make a spiritual difference in the lives of those who want full healing. I am here to support and encourage my clients every step of the way, and I am dedicated to helping them embrace their true potential and live abundantly in the freedom found in Christ.
